The integration marks a key step in Conduent’s strategy to embed generative AI across its technology ecosystem, equipping corporate legal departments and law firms with automated tools to modernize eDiscovery, optimize document analysis, and accelerate data breach response workflows.

At the center of the collaboration is Enhanced Review, an AI-driven capability within the Viewpoint suite that applies user-defined protocols to classify document relevance, flag legal issues, and surface high-risk files early in the discovery lifecycle.

Streamlined Breach Response: Through the integration of Conduent’s CyberMine® with the Viewpoint Data Breach Analyzer, the system automates incident response tasks. It extracts personal data across millions of records, eliminates duplicate entries, and generates audit-ready notification lists to reduce turnaround times.

Unlike cloud-only legal tech platforms, Viewpoint provides hybrid deployment options to help organizations maintain strict data governance and regulatory compliance.
