EPAM Partners with Wiz to Accelerate Continuous Cloud and AI Security Remediation Across Multi-Cloud Infrastructure

EPAM Systems

EPAM Systems has entered into a strategic collaboration with Wiz, a cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) security platform that operates as part of Google Cloud. Joining the Wiz Partner Alliance, EPAM aims to equip enterprise organizations with continuous, AI-driven, and engineering-led remediation frameworks across multi-cloud environments.

The joint initiative pairs Wiz’s AI Application Protection Platform (AI-APP) with EPAM’s cloud modernization and AI-native engineering capabilities. By combining Wiz’s contextual risk intelligence with EPAM’s technical execution, the alliance moves beyond simple risk discovery to fix root vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and operating environments at scale.

Unifying Risk Intelligence and Multi-Cloud Modernization

As enterprises expand their multi-cloud footprints across Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and custom-hosted networks, managing threat vectors becomes increasingly complex. Wiz’s Security Graph underpins its AI-APP platform, creating a contextualized view of cloud assets, configurations, operational dependencies, and attack paths spanning code, runtime, AI workloads, and SaaS applications.

EPAM embeds this threat intelligence directly into enterprise cloud architecture programs, helping security and engineering teams close the loop between threat detection and operational remediation.

“Cloud security does not end with identifying risk, as organizations need the engineering capability to act on that intelligence across complex applications and infrastructure,” said Alexandros Katsioulis, Head of Alphabet Business and Google Global Business Group, EPAM. “By combining Wiz’s contextual risk intelligence with EPAM’s engineering and modernization expertise, we help clients address root causes, strengthen operational resilience and move forward with cloud and AI transformation more confidently.”

“With cloud and AI driving the next wave of enterprise innovation, Wiz is dedicated to helping organizations build fast without compromising security,” said Nick Ross, VP of EMEA & LATAM Channels & Alliances at Wiz. “EPAM brings valuable expertise to the Wiz Partner Alliance, and together, we’ll help ensure our customers can scale securely in the cloud.”

“Security should not be measured by the number of vulnerabilities found. It should be measured by the reduction of exploitable risk,” said Eugene Dzihanau, Head of Cybersecurity Practice, EPAM. “Wiz provides the system of record for security risk and EPAM provides the operating model that continuously drives that risk down. Together, we help clients move from visibility to remediation and from remediation to sustained cyber resilience.”

Validating Exploitability with Offensive Cybersecurity

In order to make sure that the engineering team focuses on important threats rather than insignificant abnormalities, the EPAM company will use the cybersecurity services of White Hat, which is an EPAM company. The White Hat company has security experts who will test the vulnerability of the software to see if it can actually cause any harm to the system.

This partnership formalizes the existing collaboration between the two companies that serves their global customers in key industries such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, media and entertainment, automotive, retail, and transportation logistics. Joining the Wiz Partner Alliance allows EPAM to extend these integrated security workflows to a broader set of international cloud transformation projects.
