LTM has introduced BlueVerse™ for iRun, an AI-native managed services model designed to modernize traditional IT operations by replacing effort-based service delivery with an intelligent, platform-led approach. With the increasing complexity of the enterprise technology environment through the use of hybrid cloud architecture, SaaS applications, and ecosystems built around artificial intelligence technologies, enterprises have discovered limitations associated with the traditional approaches to managed services. In contrast to these solutions, BlueVerse for iRun uses agentic AI, knowledge convergence, and process-as-code to create an integrated intelligence layer that includes enterprise information, telemetry, workflows, and operational contexts. Based on the BlueVerse platform, the technology allows using AI to analyze the information available in different systems, find out the cause, and perform any actions under the terms of predetermined governance models.

In partnership with AI, iRun creates a solution that moves IT operations from reactive incident management towards a self-learning and outcomes-based operation mode. The solution is expected to result in major operational advantages, such as 60-70% of problem resolutions being automated, 40-60% increase in incident resolution time, and preventing up to 50% of incidents before they affect operations. “Enterprises today expect managed services to deliver more than efficiency-they expect intelligence, adaptability, and measurable outcomes,” said Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer, LTM. “BlueVerse for iRun brings together agentic AI, operational intelligence, and governed automation to help clients move beyond effort-led models to resilient, outcome-driven operations that scale with confidence.”
