Meta has launched Muse Image, its AI image generation model built by Meta Superintelligence Labs, adding generative AI capabilities to Meta AI App, Instagram, WhatsApp, and many other Meta products. It is designed to generate and edit high-quality images using text prompts, photographs, drawings, and annotations. Muse Image allows creating personalized images, editing them and transforming already existing images using improved understanding of prompt and control of creativity. Moreover, it can be used for creating multi-image compositions and can easily integrate into Meta ecosystem, allowing for creation of over 30 new AI creative effects in supported products.

Created to improve image quality, follow instructions, and increase the accuracy of editing, Muse Image is another step taken by Meta towards its general goal of embedding AI-powered creativity into everyday digital experience.
