Mobileum and NOHOLD Launch AI Assistants for Telecommunications

Mobileum

Mobileum, and NOHOLD, a leading enterprise AI assistance solutions company, jointly announced the availability of a brand-new white-label AI assistant solution built specifically to serve the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by telecom service providers.

This further enhances the strategic AI alliance marque initially communicated in September 2025, which is now commercially available and market ready, moving from concept to commercially viable. This white-label system will enable telecommunication service providers to offer AI assistant-type services over their own branding systems, helping SMEs improve customer engagement, create revenue opportunities, and enhance workforce productivity without the operation of complex AI infrastructures.

As revenue from traditional connectivity services continues to face pressure, SMEs are increasingly turning to their telecom providers for digital and value-added services. AI-powered virtual assistants give operators a compelling, subscription-based offering that enables SMEs to automate customer support and sales processes, strengthen customer relationships, improve business performance, increase average revenue per user (ARPU), and differentiate their portfolios within existing commercial and billing frameworks.

Under the new program, telecommunications operators can market, bundle, and resell AI assistants as a fully managed service under their own brand. The solution is powered by NOHOLD’s SICURA® QuickStart platform and brought to market by Mobileum. SMEs can deploy conversational AI in just minutes, without any programming or technical expertise—simply by uploading business documents or connecting their websites. The result is a secure, compliant, and multilingual AI assistant solution for web and social media channels, supported by built-in analytics that deliver actionable business insights.

“Following the announcement of our strategic alliance last year, this launch is an important next step in helping telecom operators transform AI into a practical, revenue-generating service,” explains Miguel Caramés, Chief Product Officer at Mobileum. “In partnership with NOHOLD, we are enabling operators to move beyond connectivity and offer AI-powered value that small and medium-sized enterprises can immediately leverage and whose measurable impact they can see right away.”

“Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) want AI solutions that are easy to operate, cost-effective, and secure. However, they don’t want to become AI experts,” emphasizes Diego Ventura, CEO and founder of NOHOLD. “Thanks to the partnership with Mobileum, we can bring our AI assistance platform to market through trusted telecommunications providers who already have strong relationships with SME customers.”
