Pegasystems has unveiled the Pega Solution Designer Initiative at PegaWorld 2026, which focuses on resolving some of the most difficult problems related to enterprise AI adoption – bridging the gap between business intent and actual delivery. Leveraging its successful Blueprint Delivered™ approach, this initiative will help scale efforts associated with AI-driven transformations by developing a new generation of Solution Designers who will be able to benefit from free credential-based education, practical experience, and access to a global network of practitioners. This step comes at a time when organizations continue to face issues with disconnects between business and technical aspects of implementing their strategies, which results in delays and higher costs for them.

With Pega Solution Designers being instrumental in driving discovery sessions, gathering requirements from business using Pega Blueprint AI™ solution and designing buildable solutions that could be easily handed off to Solution Builders for implementation in the company’s Pega Infinity Studio™, this initiative could significantly increase the rate of success associated with AI-powered transformations. “AI has become a powerful catalyst for a new way of working, yet many enterprises still struggle to turn that promise into results,” said John Higgins, chief of client and partner success, Pega. “This initiative equips a new generation of leaders to bridge the longstanding gap between business vision and technical execution, which can dramatically accelerate the path from idea to outcome. The technology is already here; what enterprises need now is the human leadership and support to put it to work with confidence – and that’s exactly what the Solution Designer Initiative delivers.”
