SpeakUp launched Sienna Insights, a new analytics product for ethics and compliance teams. Part of the Sienna AI suite, Sienna Insights gives compliance officers instant insight into their case data: not just what happened, but the trends and patterns behind it, contextualized to their program.
The timing reflects a wider shift across the industry. Thomson Reuters Institute’s 2025 C-Suite Survey found that time-consuming reporting tasks were the factor most frequently cited by C-suite leaders, with 68% saying it significantly or moderately hinders their teams’ ability to contribute to broader business objectives. Separately, Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report, based on a survey of more than 3,200 business leaders across 24 countries, found that two-thirds of organizations are already seeing productivity and efficiency gains from AI, while half now count legal and regulatory compliance among their top AI-related concerns.
Sienna AI has been SpeakUp‘s embedded intelligence layer since 2024, built for compliance work rather than added to the side of it. It already runs an AI voice agent for anonymous reporting, real-time translation, automated summarization, smart triage, and anonymization. Sienna Insights extends that layer into the part of the workflow where manual effort and inconsistency have slowed teams down most: turning data into insight and surfacing trends that would otherwise stay hidden.

“Sienna Insights is a direct response to something we kept hearing: compliance officers spending hours preparing the same reports, manually pulling data that was already sitting in their platform. That should not be how their time is spent. Sienna Insights removes that burden.”
Arun Yadava, Chief Technical Officer, SpeakUp
Sienna Insights is live and available now within the SpeakUp Platform.
Another milestone in a bigger mission
Sienna AI is not a one-off release. It’s an ongoing investment in solving real problems for the ethics and compliance community: catching risk sooner, cutting manual review time, and making complex cases easier to act on. Each new capability builds on the last, with one goal in mind: give compliance teams the tools to do more, faster and with less friction, without asking them to compromise on rigor.
“We talk to ethics and compliance teams constantly, and the pattern is consistent: the work keeps getting more complex, and most tools are not keeping up. Sienna AI is our commitment to closing that gap, feature by feature. What we build next is designed around the moments where investigators and compliance officers need the most support. That focus does not change.”
Tim Morss, CEO, SpeakUp
Investigations are a case in point. Today, most teams piece together evidence across systems, build timelines by hand, and write final reports from scratch, with quality that depends on who is running the case. Many are already turning to general-purpose AI tools to help, but those tools were not built for this work: the sensitivity of the material, the documentation standards, and the regulatory context that shapes every decision make adapting them slow and risky.
