Genpact Unveils AI-Driven AP Suite to Redefine Accounts Payable Operations

Genpact

Genpact, a global leader in advanced technology services, has launched its Genpact AP Suite, a next-generation agentic AI solution designed to transform accounts payable (AP) operations. Built on Microsoft Azure’s AI infrastructure, the suite is part of Genpact’s broader Service-as-Agentic-Solutions portfolio and aims to address inefficiencies, improve supplier relations, and enhance financial visibility for enterprises.

The AP Suite features four key modules—AP Capture, AP Advance, AP Trace, and AP Assist—each powered by pre-trained, self-learning AI agents that handle everything from invoice ingestion to exception management and supplier communication. These agents autonomously manage complex workflows, adapting in real-time to changing supplier terms, tax regulations, and approval hierarchies, ultimately reducing manual intervention and boosting operational agility.

Our Service-as-Agentic-Solutions are proprietary Genpact products that transform mission-critical business processes,” said Jinsook Han, Chief Strategy, Corporate Development & Global Agentic AI Officer at Genpact. “The Genpact AP Suite is one in a series of domain-specific agents we will introduce to the market. We are not just building products – we are building transformational engines, backed by decades of experience in industry processes and trained on vast numbers of real transactions.”

Early adopters have already seen tangible benefits, including higher accuracy in data capture, increased touchless processing, better cash visibility, and up to 90% early payment discount capture. The platform also accelerates query resolution, significantly improving supplier engagement.

Coca-Cola Bottlers Sales & Services is among the first to adopt the suite. Caitlyn Carr, its President & CEO, remarked, “Together with Genpact, we’ve created a seamless experience for our bottlers and suppliers that exemplifies the power of leveraging advanced technology capabilities, business process expertise, partnership, and trust to succeed in today’s fast-evolving world.”

Backed by Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry and Analytics Services, the suite ensures enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance while orchestrating and optimizing AP workflows.

Gurkan Salk, General Manager of Copilot Apps at Microsoft, highlighted the significance of the launch, stating, “Genpact’s launch of an agentic AI product for accounts payable is a proof point of AI’s ability to automate complex multi-step workflows and an exciting milestone for our companies as we look to lead the next wave of agentic AI transformation.”

According to Vignesh Kannan, VP at Everest Group, the AP Suite represents a leap beyond traditional AP automation: “By leveraging goal-oriented AI agents, Genpact introduces a level of adaptability and intelligence that could significantly improve touchless processing, accuracy, and risk management.”

The Genpact AP Suite marks a pivotal step toward a more autonomous, intelligent future for enterprise finance, blending human expertise with AI-driven efficiency at scale.
