They will collaborate to help businesses use AI-driven automation for improved efficiency. NTT DATA will also expand its use of the ServiceNow AI Platform. This aims to boost productivity, efficiency, and customer experience worldwide. The two companies will create and promote AI solutions for different industries. They will also collaborate to sell and deliver tools that support responsible AI adoption.
