Anthropic announced the successful completion of a $30 billion Series G funding round, establishing a post-money valuation of $380 billion and underscoring strong investor confidence in the company’s AI products, enterprise adoption, and long-term growth trajectory. The financing represents one of the largest private funding rounds in technology history and positions Anthropic among the world’s most valuable privately held AI companies.

The Series G round was led by GIC and Coatue, and co-led by leading global investors including D. E. Shaw Ventures, Dragoneer, Founders Fund, ICONIQ, and MGX. A broad syndicate of institutional and strategic backers participated in the financing, reflecting deep capital support for Anthropic’s vision and market momentum in enterprise-scale artificial intelligence solutions.

Anthropic is experiencing rapid revenue growth with an annualized run-rate exceeding $14 billion, having achieved more than ten-fold year-over-year growth for three consecutive years. This acceleration is driven in part by strong enterprise demand for Anthropic’s Claude AI platform and agentic AI products, with more than 500 customers now spending over $1 million annually on Claude-powered solutions. Key offerings such as Claude Code, the company’s agentic coding platform, have contributed significantly to revenue growth, with run-rate revenue surpassing $2.5 billion and doubling since the beginning of 2026.
