DXC Technology Partners with ElevenLabs to Expand Enterprise Voice AI and Accelerate AI Transformation

DXC Technology has announced a strategic partnership with ElevenLabs, an artificial intelligence pioneer specializing in audio models and conversational voice agents. The collaboration is designed to accelerate DXC’s AI-first transformation strategy by embedding voice AI across its global internal operations and enterprise customer solutions.

In tandem with the operational agreement, DXC confirmed its participation in ElevenLabs’ $500 million Series D funding round, which valued the voice AI developer at approximately $11 billion.

Deploying Next-Generation Voice AI at Scale

Through the agreement, DXC will incorporate ElevenLabs’ generative audio tools into its worldwide IT and service environment. The integration is structured to elevate workforce productivity, modernize omnichannel customer engagement, and enable a new generation of voice-activated enterprise services.

Powering DXC’s Fast Track Innovation Agenda

The alliance directly supports DXC’s Fast Track innovation roadmap, which targets the global scaling of next-generation AI, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and platform-native tools. By combining ElevenLabs’ voice synthesis with DXC’s IT services footprint, the companies aim to deliver human-like digital experiences across four key operational areas:

Enterprise Productivity & Digital Workforce: Using voice-based AI agents and copilots for improving service desk performance, education, and knowledge management.

Transforming Customer Experience: Integrating human-like multilingual voice interfaces in customer support applications, which facilitates improved interaction with customers.

Specialized Applications: Integrating voice-based AI in DXC applications, which will help in automation of processes and improved performance of virtual assistants.

Modern Application & Platform Engineering: Integration of voice from ElevenLabs with the application modernization and orchestration platform of DXC.
