Airties has launched Airties Aura, an autonomous Agentic AI engine engineered to diagnose, optimize and fix network problems for home and small-to-medium businesses (SMB).
Standing for Autonomous Agentic AI that Understands, Reasons and Automates, Aura acts as the intelligent platform for the whole Airties software portfolio, analyzing in real time connectivity, devices and application telemetry in the connected networks.
Building Autonomous AI on Domain Expertise
Classical ISP customer care systems operate based on manual troubleshooting and/or simple algorithmic decisions, which results in inefficient problem solving and increased costs. Airties Aura overcomes those limitations with autonomous agentic workflow based on two decades of unique domain-specific data about Wi-Fi and network management.
This system analyzes telemetry from a global network of over 50 million connected homes and SMBs. The system learns about the performance metrics, hardware diagnosis, and traffic characteristics to detect potential problems in advance and fix them.

Commercial Deployment and Market Adoption
Turkish telecommunications provider Turknet has become the first operator to deploy Airties Aura across its subscriber base, integrating the agentic engine directly into its existing Airties Home infrastructure.
