Nutanix and Netris team to build integrated, multitenant infrastructure stack for AI workloads : Leading Enterprise Cloud Platform Leader Nutanix and Netris team up to enable an integrated multitenant infrastructure stack for AI workloads for neocloud providers and enterprises to consume, manage, and scale infrastructure faster. Nutanix Cloud Platform and Nutanix compute orchestration capabilities along with Netris’ Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multitenancy (NAAM) platform will enable shared infrastructure across bare-metal and virtualized workloads that addresses demand for artificial intelligence workloads at the scale of graphics processing unit (GPU) clusters. As demand for AI grows, organizations are deploying massive GPU clusters to power complex workloads and accelerating AI workloads at scale. There is a need for high-performance infrastructure that can be automated at scale and keep workloads separate from each other for security reasons.

The integrated solution from Nutanix and Netris will allow service providers to onboard customers with minimal effort, automate the physical network configuration, and maintain separation between tenants across both compute and network resources. Major Capabilities – Unified, multitenant networking, automated network fabric management, and self-service cloud networking via a web console, REST API, and Terraform. Virtual private clouds, elastic IPs, network address translation, and Layer 4 load balancer simplify GPU infrastructure offerings. Extending security to virtual workloads across the switching fabric helps prevent potential breaches of isolation between tenants sharing the GPU clusters. Expectation of faster launch of GPU-as-a-Service offerings by neocloud providers and NVIDIA Cloud Partners, as they can add GPU infrastructure offerings to their infrastructure portfolio faster and broaden their revenue opportunities. Enterprises can also deploy critical workloads faster without compromising on security and infrastructure operations.
