Align Capital Partners’ data strategy and analytics consulting firm Cleartelligence announced it has acquired Bardess Group. Bardess is a data and analytics firm that leverages cutting-edge technologies to facilitate end-to-end digital improvement for clients. The acquisition extends Cleartelligence’s solution offerings and deepens its industry expertise – solidifying the Company as a leading independent data strategy advisory firm.
Headquartered in Randolph, New Jersey, Bardess serves blue-chip enterprise customers across a variety of industries including technology, financial services and healthcare & life sciences. “Bardess was built on the core tenet of providing highly technical data services to premier clients – from data strategy and engineering to data science,” said Bardess co-founders Joe DeSiena and Barbara Pound. “Cleartelligence shares our same commitment to driving transformative client outcomes with a relentless focus on quality and service, enabling Bardess to grow alongside our clients’ needs.”
Cleartelligence is an AI-first, data and analytics consultancy that helps clients connect data strategy to business strategy – envisioning, designing and implementing data solutions into strategic decision-making, thereby accelerating value creation. “The acquisition of Bardess is an important next step toward becoming the premier provider of AI-first data solutions, aiming to create significant value for enterprise and private equity clients through increased revenue, productivity and profitability,” said CEO Greg Boone.
“This is a highly strategic and exciting acquisition for Cleartelligence,” added President Owen Frivold. “Together, our combined organization looks forward to offering our clients expanded data strategy services and technical capabilities.”
Bardess marks the first transformative add-on for Cleartelligence since partnering with ACP in December 2022, and is a significant milestone in the Company’s growth journey. Together, Cleartelligence and ACP will continue to pursue strategic add-on acquisitions to deepen and expand the Company’s service offerings.
