Aircall Appoints New CPO and CTO

Aircall, the customer communication and intelligence platform, announced the appointments of Tom Chen, Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Alan Talanoa, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who will grow and strengthen its small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) focused product.

Tom Chen, who most recently served as CPO at Humu, brings over a decade of experience in B2B software, reshaping workplaces with product innovations from the likes of Instacart, Lyft Business, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). As Aircall’s Chief Product Officer, he will spearhead the company’s product strategy, foster an innovative mindset across the company, and elevate the experience for our customers.

Alan Talanoa, who joins as Aircall’s Chief Technology Officer, previously holding the same role at Humu as well as engineering positions at Honor, Lyft, and AWS, has an abundance of leadership and expertise in the tech industry. Leading Aircall’s technology strategy, he will direct a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative products and solutions for SMBs.
