Deployed across more than 200,000 customer devices and supporting over 1,400 Kyndryl Bridge customers, the platform currently generates more than 16 million AI insights every month, helping organizations reduce IT incidents by up to 50% while contributing to an estimated $3 billion in annual customer savings through avoided outages and lower maintenance costs.
