Kyndryl Launches Kyndryl Bridge with AI-Powered Predictive IT Risk Prevention

Kyndryl

Kyndryl has introduced a new patented capability within Kyndryl Bridge, its AI-powered open integration platform, designed to help enterprises automatically detect and prevent IT risks before they develop into business-impacting outages. The new prediction and prevention feature uses AI agent-assisted root cause analysis and advanced observability to analyze millions of signals across applications, infrastructure, configurations, and operational events in real time. Deployed across more than 200,000 customer devices and supporting over 1,400 Kyndryl Bridge customers, the platform currently generates more than 16 million AI insights every month, helping organizations reduce IT incidents by up to 50% while contributing to an estimated $3 billion in annual customer savings through avoided outages and lower maintenance costs.

The capability enables IT teams to identify patterns and causal relationships that typically precede failures, allowing earlier intervention across complex hybrid and multi-vendor environments. “By embedding AI agents in Kyndryl Bridge for proactive risk detection, we are transforming IT operations from reactive outage recovery to proactive, evidence-based prevention,” said Xerxes Cooper, Global Leader, Kyndryl Delivery. “Correlating millions of observability signals across applications and deep infrastructure helps our customers see and resolve issues before they ever feel them.” Kyndryl said the solution dramatically accelerates root-cause analysis, reducing processes that previously took weeks to just hours, while combining AI-driven insights with expert validation to ensure operational accuracy and alignment with customer environments.
