Working with major technology and software companies previously, each brings a rich experience to enhance customer experience and innovation of RohanRFP, Rohirrim’s Generative AI platform.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Shoaff will be responsible for driving revenue retention and expansion by focusing on customer satisfaction and advancing customer adoption through customer-focused strategies, processes, and programs. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the SaaS industry to Rohirrim and has led the transformation and scale of post-sale functions for high-growth companies. During his time in this industry, he has worked with Zywave, Quorum, Blackbaud, and currently, he serves on the board at Craftsman Technology Group, a Salesforce consulting firm.
As Vice President of Engineering, Tatake will drive product innovation and lead the engineering department in its collaboration with cross-functional teams. Her focus will be on ensuring that the RohanRFP platform continues to evolve with customers’ evolving needs. Her 20 years of experience include highly technical roles at Nintendo, Meta, and T-Mobile. Tatake has become an expert in scaling organizations through continuous process and engineering improvements.
